Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing / Operations Support Intern to support our marketing activities while ensuring smooth day-to-day operational coordination. The ideal candidate will assist in promoting our services, managing client engagements, and supporting internal operational processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility

Responsibilities

Marketing Support

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms
  • Support content creation for social media, email marketing, and company presentations
  • Manage inquiries from marketing channels and coordinate follow-ups with relevant teams
  • Assist in maintaining and updating client databases and CRM records
  • Support market research and competitor analysis

Operations Support

  • Provide administrative and operational support to service delivery teams
  • Coordinate client requests and ensure proper documentation and follow-through
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, invoices, and service reports
  • Track service requests and ensure timelines and service standards are met
  • Support internal coordination between departments to ensure seamless operations
