By engaging with Kaph Global Services Limited, you acknowledge our role as a strategic facilitator of workforce and logistics solutions. Our services encompass Employer of Record (EOR) deployments, technical crewing for offshore energy, specialized procurement, and global mobility logistics.

Partnerships with Kaph Global are governed by specific standard operating procedures (SOPs). Whether executing technical recruitment or localized HR management, we maintain strict adherence to the International Labor Organization (ILO) standards and specific jurisdictional laws. Customers must provide accurate operational data to ensure legal precision in all deployments.

Kaph Global utilizes high-fidelity logistical protocols to minimize operational friction. However, we are not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure events, maritime volatility, or retroactive shifts in governmental immigration policies. Our liability is strictly limited to the professional execution of the services outlined in specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Synchronization of global payroll and procurement involves multi-currency logistical flows. Payment terms are net-30 unless otherwise stated in technical contracts. Late settlements disrupt the workforce synchronization and may result in the suspension of EOR or crewing services.

All digital architecture, visual hubs, and intelligence reports provided by Kaph Global are the intellectual property of Kaph Global Services Limited. Unauthorized replication of our logistical frameworks or technical recruitment methodology is strictly prohibited.
